Shipping & Returns
These are the terms under which we ship orders and accept returns. If anything is unclear, write to us — we answer every message.
Shipping
Orders ship within 24 hours. Domestic delivery takes two to four working days. Shipping costs €4.90, and is on us for orders over €60. Every parcel comes with tracking.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason and without penalty. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. This follows Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
How to exercise it
Write to carglowbox@gmail.com before the 14 days are up. Include your order number and which items you are returning. No explanation is required. We will confirm and send you a return address.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except where the goods are defective, damaged in transit, or we sent something other than what was ordered — in those cases we cover it.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of being notified of the withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent them.
Condition of returned goods
You may open and try a product to establish its nature and how it works — exactly as you would in a shop. If the goods have been used beyond what is necessary for that, you are liable for their diminished value, which is deducted from the refund. This follows Article 55(4) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
When withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in Article 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act — for example goods made to the buyer's specification, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery.
Defective or damaged goods
If a product arrives damaged, incomplete or defective, write to us with a photo within 14 days. We will send a replacement at our cost or refund you — your choice. This is separate from the right of withdrawal and does not affect your statutory rights.
